DAMAGES + ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may process a return for a refund + postmark within 15 days from date of delivery. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items returned that are not in this condition will not be refunded.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Customized items require additional time to produce. We will need up to 2 weeks to process and ship out. Because these items are made just for you, they will not be eligible for returns. All sales are final.
