Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding US federal holidays):
Ship via USPS First Priority or UPS Ground
Shipping is a Flat Rate of $10 within the US
Expedited Service [1-2 business days] is $25 within the US
All Domestic Orders over $150 receive free shipping
We currently only ship within the US

REFUSED PACKAGES 
Are not considered a return and will not be accepted
 

DAMAGES + ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may process a return for a refund + postmark within 15 days from date of delivery.  Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items returned that are not in this condition will not be refunded.

Please contact us at hello@smdossier.com with your order number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please note, returns may take up to 2 weeks to process.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

CUSTOM EMBROIDERY
Customized items require additional time to produce. We will need up to 2 weeks to process and ship out. Because these items are made just for you, they will not be eligible for returns. All sales are final.
